Shipping Information

All shipping fees are based on the total weight of and destination postal code of your order. Your total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. If you would like to determine shipping cost before checking out, you can use the shipping calculator located on the shopping cart page.

UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select shipping services are also available. The costs of these shipping methods are calculated based on the total weight and destination postal code of your order. Order Processing Times

All in-stock orders placed before 2:00 pm CST Monday - Friday are usually shipped the same day. In stock orders placed after 2:00 pm CST will be processed the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

Orders containing items on backorder will NOT ship until all product(s) are available. Customers may request a partial shipment of their order, but may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Although we strive to carry a large quantity of stock to service our customers, stock levels and demand do vary from day-to-day. If you would like to check on the availability of an item please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service department at 1-888-489-1766.

Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail after the order is placed and a second e-mail when the order is shipped containing a carrier tracking number.

Will Call Pick-up

If you would like to pick-up your order from our warehouse we now offer a will-call as a shipping option during the checkout process. There is no charge for selecting the will call option. Our will call hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm CST.

Will call orders are available 2 hours after you place your order. If you need to pick-up your order sooner, please call us toll-free at 1-888-489-1766.

Guarantees

Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee our items to be free from defects. Should a product be defective we will replace it within 30 days of purchase. If replacement is unavailable we will refund purchase price and pay for return shipping via UPS.

Return Policy

All other unopened items may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Please follow the return instructions below.

Instructions

To return your order please contact our Customer Service Team by e-mail at contactus@prcase.com or call toll-free at 1-888-489-1766 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note that all returns must have an RA# and will otherwise be rejected. All returns are subject to inspection. Due to the nature of our items we cannot accept any used or opened merchandise.

Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Returns received without an Return Authorization Number (RA) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid to:

A credit will appear for the cost of the items minus any original shipping fees after we have received and processed your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received by our processing department. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Carrier Changes

PR Case, Inc. reserves the right to change the shipping carrier selected by the customer for ground delivery service. In the event of a change, you will be notified in advance.
